Job Overview
Crest Line Trading L.L.C is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and supporting the company’s growth in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, distributors, and business partners.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential customers.
Present company products and services to new and existing customers.
Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Negotiate with customers and support the closing of sales.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Support marketing activities and contribute to the company’s growth.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
Experience in field sales and customer visits is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Experience in the UAE market is preferred.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Experience in beauty, personal care, cosmetics, or FMCG is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary: AED 4,000–6,000.
Additional performance-based sales commissions and incentives on top of the fixed salary.
Full-time position based in Dubai.
