Key Responsibilities:

·       Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat

·       Maintain professionalism and high-quality customer service at all times

·       Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution

·       Document and update customer interactions accurately in the system

·       Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

·       Fluency in Arabic and/or English
