TMRW is building the next-generation AI-native operating system for schools. We are reimagining how K-12 institutions manage administration, data, workflows, and decision-making through intelligent software purpose-built for education systems globally.

The Opportunity

We seek a highly capable, energetic, and commercially minded Chief of Staff / Business Analyst to work directly with the CEO, Chief Commercial Officer, and wider executive team.

Key Responsibilities

  Support strategic initiatives across the business

  Prepare presentations, dashboards, and board materials

  Analyse pipeline, pricing, KPIs, and market opportunities

  Build financial models and business cases

  Coordinate across product, engineering, sales, finance, and implementation

  Lead special projects and ensure follow-through on priorities

Skills

Candidate Profile

  2–4 years in consulting, banking, private equity, strategy, operations, or startup roles

  Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

  Excellent PowerPoint and communication skills

  Highly organised with strong ownership mentality

  Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
