Job Description

We are looking to hire a Behavioural Support Lead to join our team effective Immediately February 2026 – AY 25-26.

  •  
  • To Support Heads of Year on a day-to-day basis with pastoral and behaviour issues as they arise.
  • To help facilitate the highest quality support for the students.
  • To deal with social and emotional needs of the students.
  • Promote safeguarding and students’ wellbeing.
  • To support the fulfillment of the school’s vision:

To turn today’s children into happy, responsible, academically well-educated, globally thinking and ethical adults of tomorrow.

 

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.  

  • Able to build strong relationships with students and gain their trust.  

  • Understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion.  

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and school personnel. 

  • Knowledge of counselling theories, techniques, and practices related to social and emotional development.
