Role Overview:
We are looking for a Property Consultant with more than 1 years of experience specializing in the secondary market. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to provide expert guidance to clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and delivering a high standard of service, all while benefiting from our competitive commission structure.

Responsibilities:
Engage and build relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
Provide detailed information about available properties, ensuring clients are fully informed about market trends and opportunities.
Showcase off-plan or secondary market properties through viewings and presentations.
Negotiate and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
Stay informed about Dubai’s real estate market and any changes in regulations.
Maintain an updated database of property listings and potential buyers.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth transactions and optimal outcomes for all parties.

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in Dubai’s secondary market.
Deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate industry, with a focus on current market dynamics.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for delivering results.
UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
