Assistant Head Teacher – EYFS

We are looking to hire an Assistant Head Teacher in EYFS to join our team in August 2025. Join us at Gems Metropole Motor City, where sustainability is at the heart of education. The successful candidate will have:

• B.Ed or subject related degree and PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
• Previous leadership or ready to move into a leadership position is a must
• Proven qualified teaching experience is a must
• The ability to share your outstanding practice
• Must have the ability to work well in a team and with other colleagues
• Hold the desire to develop and grow professionally
• A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
• Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents
