At PwC, our people in brand management, marketing focus on collaboration to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives. These individuals focus on driving revenue growth, promoting the Firm’s services, enhancing brand visibility, and capturing new business opportunities. They utilise market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective strategies to engage clients, enhance the firm’s brand and market presence, and achieve organisational targets.

As a marketing generalist at PwC, you will focus on a wide range of marketing activities aimed at promoting the Firm’s products or services. You will conduct market research, develop marketing strategies, create and execute marketing campaigns, and analyse campaign performance. You will leverage a versatile skill set and knowledge in various marketing channels, holding responsibility for validating brand consistency, reaching target audiences, and driving customer engagement and loyalty.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

  •  Lead and execute joint marketing efforts in alignment with one of our firm’s strategic technology alliances. 
  • Collaborate with alliance partner teams and internal stakeholders to build go-to-market plans that drive visibility, client engagement, and pipeline growth. 
  • Design and deliver co-branded campaigns that showcase the joint value proposition, leveraging digital, content, events, and executive engagement channels. 
  • Develop integrated demand generation initiatives that align to priority offerings and deliver measurable impact on the sales pipeline. 
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships, serving as a key point of contact for marketing collaboration and strategic alignment. 
  • Coordinate the development of sales enablement tools, client-facing materials, and thought leadership that support the alliance narrative. 
  • Manage alliance-specific marketing budgets, including MDF (Market Development Funds) planning, usage, and reporting. 
  • Track campaign performance and partner-sourced opportunities, refining activities based on impact and ROI. 
  • Stay informed on alliance priorities, technology roadmaps, and market trends to ensure agility and relevance in campaign planning. 
  • Work cross-functionally with brand, industry, digital, and business teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all marketing touchpoints. 
  • Stay up to date on partner roadmaps, ecosystem trends, and alliance-specific updates to ensure agility in campaign planning. 

Ideal candidates will have the following attributes 

Essential 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (technology background preferred). 
  • 6–8 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in alliance, partner, or channel marketing within the tech industry. 
  • Proven experience working directly with at least one of the major cloud and enterprise technology providers (e.g. Microsoft, AWS, SAP, Salesforce, Google Cloud, Oracle). 
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, solution positioning, and partner co-marketing models. 
  • Experience with demand generation, lead nurturing, and campaign performance analysis. 
  • Skilled at stakeholder management across matrixed organisations and external vendor relationships. 
  • Excellent communication, content development, and project management skills. 
  • Ability to translate complex technology solutions into compelling, client-relevant messaging. 

Desired 

  • Familiarity with partner marketing platforms and MDF management tools (e.g. Through-Channel Marketing Automation). 
  • Experience managing multi-country campaigns in the Middle East or emerging markets. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple competing priorities. 
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
