We’re looking for a results-oriented Sales Account Manager who is passionate about partnering with our advertisers to make effective, data driven marketing decisions. As a Sales Account Manager, you will manage and deliver against advertiser goals and problems to drive revenue and achieve revenue targets. You nurture customer relationships, identify/close revenue driving actions and develop your client’s portfolio. Additionally, you will be able to leverage Amazon’s proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized campaign recommendations across our Search, Video and Display products. This role is highly collaborative, working with Creative, Sales, Product, and Retail partners. The Sales Account Manager’s strategic digital expertise is considered critical to unlocking greater value and impact for our advertisers.
Key job responsibilities
• Strive to delight our customers by becoming a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Ads solutions
• Take a consultative approach to optimizing customer’s advertising campaigns through the use of data and Amazon insights
• Manage a portfolio of advertisers using business analytics expertise to proactively identify and realize opportunities to increase revenue and performance.
• Support the development of these advertisers ongoing independent growth and success by evaluating KPIs and optimizing campaign performance using a analytical approach
• Educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and how to achieve greater results on Amazon
• Monitor account performance for optimal ROI and advertiser satisfaction
• Retain and grow revenue from your book of business of existing advertisers
• Achieve upsell goals through insight driven recommendations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Basic qualifications
• 5+ years of digital advertising or equivalent experience
• Excellent oral and written communication and ability to influence internally and externally
• Demonstrated ability with interpreting large data sets to make recommendations to clients or customers and/or internal partners
• An ability to deal with ambiguity. Can deliver results and drive change in loosely defined situations
• Outstanding MS Office skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Display advertising sales/marketing experience
• Programmatic advertising experience
• Ecommerce advertising experience
• Search/Performance advertising experience
