Job Description

Maintain and service workshop equipment and machinery.

Operate machines including bandsaws, pillar drills, circular saws, and other workshop tools, ensuring safe working practices following risk assessments at all times.

Prepare materials, equipment, and workshop resources to support practical teaching and learning activities.

Support writing risk assessments, maintain health and safety documentation, and ensure compliance with workshop safety procedures.

Collaborate with teaching staff and team members to resolve technical issues effectively and maintain a safe, productive workshop environment.

Experience using CAD software preferred.
