Do you want to be part of a newly formed team that is designing and launching new business models across Middle East? Within A-Now / Ultra Fast Grocery, you’ll help shape the future of fast delivery while building and operating a new service that redefines how customers receive their orders.
As an Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) Specialist, you’ll implement Amazon policies fairly and consistently while developing associates through coaching, feedback, and performance management—driving excellence in productivity, quality, and safety across all operations.
Key job responsibilities
We’re seeking an ACES Specialist for our Ultra Fast Grocery operations. In this role, you will be responsible for:
– Managing, on a daily basis; end to end operations for a combination of small sites.
– Supervising Last mile operations.
– Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
– Driving performance management of your team members.
– Preparing and implementing training and development plans for riders.
– Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.
– Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station on a daily basis.
– Stand-in for Area Manager.

Basic Qualifications
– Speak, write, and read fluently in English
– High School diploma
Preferred Qualifications
– Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in managing and troublshooting network
– Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
