DESCRIPTION
Amazon is looking for a motivated individual for the profile of ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) Specialist for its AMET operations team. The candidate should enjoy getting their hands dirty learning delivery station operations and supporting creation of operational standards.
As an ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) specialist, you will be the subject matter expert for OTR and UTR operations driving standardization for AMET operations.
This role calls for an individual who can own all aspects of how transportation impacts customer experience, shipper experience and operator experience; monitor metrics, determine, then drive any initiatives necessary to improve it. This position offers a broad exposure to various operations, program, and product teams within Amazon.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key job responsibilities
– Create operational standards.
– Identify operational/process gaps and own fixing them with the right stakeholders.
– Read the key metrics and drive actions from process perspective.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s degree
– Fluent in English
– 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
– Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
– 1-2 years of experience in warehousing and logistics operation background
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Ability to create pivot tables within Excel
– Experience in continuous improvement environments
– Resourceful to identify the way to get things done using limited resources.
– Strong dive deep and analytical thinking and problem solving skills
