EYFS / Primary School Teacher – August 2027

Job Purpose:

To be responsible for a EYFS or primary class, delivering high-quality teaching that inspires curiosity, builds confidence and leads to exceptional outcomes and progress for every student.

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

●      Demonstrate secure and up-to-date knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage or the National Curriculum for England within the Primary Phase

●      Plan and deliver consistently high-quality, innovative teaching and learning, while collaborating with colleagues and sharing effective practice

●      Use assessment information and student data effectively to personalise learning, address individual needs and maximise progress

●      Model a high-performance mindset through reflective practice, resilience and a consistently solution-focused approach within a culture of high expectations

●      Promote and safeguard the welfare, wellbeing, and personal and social development of every student

●      Build positive, professional relationships with students, colleagues and parents through clear communication and excellent interpersonal skills

●      Share our ambition to contribute to a world-class school and embrace opportunities for professional growth and career development

●      Contribute actively to the culture and life of GEMS Royal Dubai School, including its extracurricular programme and community events

●      Take ownership of continuous professional learning and apply new knowledge to improve classroom practice

●      Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the Principal.

The successful candidate will have:

·       A recognised UK teaching qualification with QTS

·       Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum / Early Years Foundation Stage

·       A proven record of securing strong student outcomes
