Description

The Manager, Electrification & Network Planning, will support the coordination, tracking, and governance of key network initiatives across FC and AMZL operations, with a particular focus on Electrification programs and broader network action planning. This role will partner closely with Operations, Finance, and central planning teams to maintain visibility of strategic priorities, track execution against business goals, and support leadership reporting mechanisms including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).

The role requires strong stakeholder management, structured program coordination, and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams across a fast-paced operational network.

Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
– Coordinate and track Electrification initiatives across the network, ensuring alignment with operational and business priorities
– Support broader network planning activities, including tracking of cross-functional actions, operational goals, and leadership follow-ups across FC and AMZL
– Maintain centralized visibility of key network action items, risks, dependencies, and milestones to support execution across multiple stakeholder groups
– Partner closely with Finance teams to support cost tracking, investment visibility, forecasting inputs, and performance reporting related to network initiatives
– Maintain and track network KPIs and operational metrics, ensuring timely follow-up on deliverables and escalations where required
– Support preparation and coordination of Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and other leadership reporting forums, including data consolidation, metric validation, action tracking, and business updates
– Act as a central coordination point across Operations, Planning, Finance, and partner teams to drive alignment on network priorities and business actions
– Develop and maintain standardized governance routines, trackers, reporting templates, and planning mechanisms across the network
– Ensure consistent communication and follow-through on leadership actions and operational commitments across the business

Basic Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
– Experience in program management, operations, planning, or business analytics
– Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional workstreams in a fast-paced environment
– Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
– Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
– Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
– Experience in transportation, logistics, FC, AMZL, or – Electrification initiatives
– Experience partnering with Finance teams on performance reporting or planning activities
– Familiarity with MBR/WBR leadership reporting processes
– Experience supporting operational governance and network-wide action tracking across multiple stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

– 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
– Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Preferred Qualifications

– 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
