Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first aid and immediate medical care to students and staff.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student medical records.
  • Monitor student immunization compliance in line with Ministry of Health requirements.
  • Promote health, safety, hygiene, and wellbeing across the school campus.
  • Support the implementation of school health policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with parents, healthcare providers, and school leadership when required.
  • Attend school events and student activities to provide medical support.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations and school policies.

 

Skills Description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Recognized and approved BSc in Nursing or 3-Year General Nursing Certificate.
  • Ministry of Health license (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current healthcare practices and regulations.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
  • A caring, proactive, and collaborative approach to supporting students and staff.
