Job Description
The Corporate Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic corporate partnerships that generate student enrollment leads for GEMS Education schools. The role focuses on acquiring corporate partners, delivering employee education benefit programs, and supporting corporate employees with school search guidance to drive student enrolments. In addition, it also supports acquiring and managing Media Sales and Sponsorship partnerships.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate partners to establish employee corporate programs with GEMS Education.
- Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships by collaborating with them and understanding their needs.
- Develop the pipeline for new business coming into the community to ensure GEMS is the preferred education provider.
- Conduct partnership presentations and negotiations with corporate stakeholders to promote GEMS education benefits.
- Organise and implement all levels of prospecting including proposal development and presentation, contract agreement and customer relations.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Operations, Marketing, Creative, Finance, Schools, GEMS Rewards, GEMS For Life, and Enrichment teams to deliver partnership initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with GEMS brand guidelines, commercial frameworks, and governance procedures.
- Coordinate with Marketing teams to develop partnership‑specific communication materials and campaigns.
- Launch newly signed corporate partnerships through coordinated onboarding activities including partnership communications, corporate roadshows, and employee engagement sessions.
- Organize webinars, corporate events, and one‑to‑one consultations for employees and relocating families seeking school placements, aligned with partner requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate partners capable of generating new student leads through employee engagement initiatives.
- Support corporate employees and relocating families in identifying suitable GEMS schools and guide them through the admissions journey.
- Track student enrolment leads generated through corporate partners and monitor conversion into confirmed enrolments through dashboard.
- Maintain and update the B2B Master Tracker and partnership pipeline.
- Provide weekly updates on partnership initiatives, activations, and performance outcomes.
- Support GEMS Rewards team on prospecting and managing Media Sales and Sponsorships partnerships.
- Provide support on all levels of prospecting including proposal development and presentation, outline company objectives and required media channels, contract agreement, plan deliverables calendar and execution.
- Support revenue generated collection and payment follow-ups.

• Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience.

Expected Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.
Expected Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years working in a similar role and successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
