• A Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts, Drama or a related subject, along with a recognised teaching qualification
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Drama and the Performing Arts
• A commitment to outstanding teaching and learning and raising student achievement
• The ability to inspire, motivate and engage students of all abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the school community
