Beauty Salon Administrator / Studio Coordinator (Dubai, UAE)
NICEHAIR is a premium-class hair extension studio. We are looking for a proactive, welcoming, and highly organized Salon Administrator to join our luxury team in Dubai!
Please note: This position is based in Dubai, UAE. Advanced English proficiency is required (С1). We offer a 2-year employment contract with official sponsorship. Interviews will be conducted at NICEHAIR Salon in Dubai (Al Sufouh 1).
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations: Welcome studio guests, offer refreshments (tea, coffee, movies), and maintain a warm, premium, and upscale atmosphere.
Stylist Support: Assist hair extension masters during client consultations.
Studio Maintenance: Ensure the studio remains spotless, create cleaning schedules, and supervise the cleaning staff.
Cashier Duties: Handle quick, correct, and accurate client checkouts and payments.
Sales & Consultation: Guide clients through purchasing hair products both in-store and online.
Office Management: Manage daily tasks, such as answer incoming calls, and handle inquiries via phone and social media.
Operations: Handle day-to-day operational issues, conduct inventory checks, and liaise with local government authorities when necessary.
Order Fulfillment: Pack, prepare, and organize outgoing client shipments and orders.
Requirements:
Personality: Genuinely friendly, hospitable, and positive—not just on paper, but in spirit!
Skills: Strong analytical and math skills for accurate calculations, plus well-developed fine motor skills (essential for handling hair materials).
Mindset: Highly proactive—someone who takes ownership of issues and puts in the effort to solve them rather than walking past. Continuous learner with a strong drive for self-development.
Flexibility: Adaptable to evolving work processes, tasks, and scheduling.
Language: Advanced English (fluent spoken and written).

Full-time schedule: 5 days per week, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
