TMRW is building the next-generation AI-native operating system for schools. We are reimagining how K-12 institutions manage administration, data, workflows, and decision-making through intelligent software purpose-built for education systems globally.
The Opportunity
We seek a highly capable, energetic, and commercially minded Chief of Staff / Business Analyst to work directly with the CEO, Chief Commercial Officer, and wider executive team.
Key Responsibilities
• Support strategic initiatives across the business
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and board materials
• Analyse pipeline, pricing, KPIs, and market opportunities
• Build financial models and business cases
• Coordinate across product, engineering, sales, finance, and implementation
• Lead special projects and ensure follow-through on priorities
Skills
Candidate Profile
• 2–4 years in consulting, banking, private equity, strategy, operations, or startup roles
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Excellent PowerPoint and communication skills
• Highly organised with strong ownership mentality
• Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
