Overview Of The Role:

• As a Watch Technician, you will be responsible for performing professional and technical repairs of watches and clocks. You will ensure high-quality and efficient service to support sales by providing after-sales service and achieving service revenue. You will conduct technical assessments and quality control checks, manage technical documentation, and meet service targets. Success in this role is measured by the ability to achieve these targets while maintaining high standards in repairs and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:

Technical Repairs

• Perform professional and technical repairs of watches and clocks.
• Provide technical estimates regarding authenticity and reparability of watches.
• Verify and monitor quality control checks to ensure repair standards are met.
• Follow up and manage technical documentation related to repairs.
• Consolidate technical issues and provide solutions.

Service Targets

• Achieve set service targets for watch and clock repairs.
• Support sales through efficient after-sales service to generate service revenue.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Sound technical expertise in watch and clock repairs.
• Proficiency in using repair tools and technology.
• Strong customer interaction skills.
• Ability to achieve service targets while maintaining quality standards.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Completed 10th Standard education.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a service technician role.
• Sound knowledge of the watch service industry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
