Job Description
GEMS Winchester Private School Fujairah is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team. This role is integral to supporting students with diverse learning needs and ensuring an inclusive, engaging educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support to students in one-on-one and small group settings.
- Assist teachers in implementing differentiated learning strategies.
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere that promotes student confidence and independence.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
