Description

We’re looking for a Program Manager I to join our People Experience and Technology (PXT) for the AMET region based in Dubai. In this role, you’ll support the execution of people programs and analyze business processes that enhance the employee experience across the Amazon Middle East, Turkey, and Africa region. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to implement regional initiatives and provide data-driven insights that align with Amazon’s people strategy and business goals throughout AMET.

Key job responsibilities
*Execute straightforward projects related to existing PXT programs with well-defined procedures
* Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
* Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes
* Create process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
* Track milestones, identify risks, and communicate status to stakeholders
* Collect and analyze data using descriptive analysis techniques to measure program effectiveness and business outcomes
* Transform raw thoughts into clear documentation (project charters, requirements, implementation approaches)
* Ensure the right information reaches the right audience at the right time
* Identify roadblocks and drive resolution of problems
* Apply project management and business analysis best practices to improve team efficiency
* Automate manual, repetitive work to improve scalability

Basic Qualifications

– 3+ years of human resources experience
– Experience with HR processes and systems

Preferred Qualifications

– Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management
– Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
