Join us in the Amazon Reliability Maintenance Engineering team. We maintain and optimize technologies in the Global Amazon Warehouse & Delivery Network.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
We are looking for motivated, customer-focused people who want to join our team as a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Supervisor. The focus of the Reliability Maintenance Engineering Supervisor role is to ensure safety regulations and policies are adhered to, to ensure preventative maintenance is conducted on time to a high standard and to provide high levels of equipment availability through continuous improvement.
Shift Pattern: Day Shift
Key job responsibilities
· Promote Safe working practices in all work carried out ensuring compliance with amazon safety standards and regulations.
· Daily shift report analysis:
· Weekly Cycle Count (Physical Inventory)
· Review Stock Health (Stock Health)
· Ensure high levels of equipment availability/reliability to operations team
· Spare parts orders
. Track the Stockouts and dive deep
. Data analysis from Reports and Dashboards
. Perform spare parts regular survey to detect any gap and inform line manager with the needed spares
. Assign WOs to Shifts
. Analyze the Physical Inventory discrepancies and recurrences
A day in the life
Daily Monitor and respond to RME customers requests through trouble ticketing system and always show customer obsession behavior.
Plan and observe the annual maintenance contracts vendor activities within the shift and prepare for upcoming shifts
Basic Qualifications
– Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical
– Understanding of CMMS (computerized maintenance management system)
– Basic Knowledge planned preventative maintenance systems.
– Basic Knowledge about Mechanical and Electrical spare parts
– Basic Knowledge in reading both mechanical and electrical drawings.
– Basic Knowledge in maintenance, motor controllers/inverters and transmission systems
– UAE National with Family Book
Preferred Qualifications
– 1-2 years of experience within relevant field
