Role Title: PQ Sales – Senior Associate 

Role Introduction: At PwC Academy, we are passionate about empowering individuals to realize their professional ambitions through world-class learning. As a Senior Associate – PQ Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our professional qualifications portfolio, connecting learners with the right programmes to advance their careers and strengthen the region’s professional talent base. 

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to learners and prospects — understanding their goals, recommending the right qualification pathways, and ensuring a seamless learning journey from first contact to enrolment. By combining relationship management, consultative sales, and a deep understanding of our qualification’s ecosystem, you will directly contribute to PwC Academy’s mission of building a future-ready workforce across the Middle East.  

Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • Advise / counsel queries relating to PQs including but not limited, ACCA, CMA, CPA, CFA, CIPD, Tax,PwC’s Management Development Programme and non-PQs (open courses) directing students to the best suited programmes 

  • Support personnel for customer interaction, engagement and relationship building 

  • Convert leads to registered students’ status as per the sales targets. Support the entire sales process from lead generation and negotiation, to closing 

  • Support Retail Sales: Incoming and outgoing calls to enquiries generated from marketing activities 

  • Walk in clients 

  • Contacting old or unqualified leads 

  • Providing sales support  

  • Support sales and other promotional events including but not limited to open days, info sessions, workshops, field trips, student benefit sessions, School and University career fairs, exhibitions and social events to generate leads 

  • Communicating effectively with clients / customers, ensuring minimum response times 

  • Updating and maintaining CRM to ensure validity and completeness 

  • Conduct secondary research and cold calling to build PwC’s database 

  • Assist in collecting payments, invoicing and liaising with finance on payment status 

 

Candidate Requirements:  

  • Education: Undergraduate in Business administration or similar qualifications. Sales training courses preferred. 

  • Travel Requirement: No travel required. 

  • Required Skills: Communication, Negotiation, Teamwork, Multitasking,  

  • 3-4 years’ experience in Sales or Business Development Role. Training industry experience preferred. 

  • Strong consultative sales and client relationship skills with proven ability to meet targets 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities 

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and lead management, Salesforce Experience preferred 

  • Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities 

  • Knowledge of professional qualifications (ACCA, CMA, CPA, CFA, CIPD) preferred
