Business Development – Senior Associate – G&PS Sector
Role Introduction: Drive revenue growth for PwC’s Academy by supporting account development across clients. This role blends hands-on sales execution with internal coordination and pipeline hygiene aligned to PwC Professional expectations at Senior Associate level.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Pipeline generation & qualification: Prospect and qualify leads within government and public sectors and named accounts; log activities and opportunity stages, qualifications in CRM with strong hygiene, as well as taking care of complying with internal processes to be able to propose and as well negotiate and close leads.

Account support: Execute account plans with the Academy BD Manager and Clients & Markets teams; map buyers/influencers and develop contact strategies.

Bid & proposal coordination: Coordinate RFIs/RFPs ensuring compliance standards, addressing client’s requests, meeting strict deadlines and complying with clients needs.

Solution shaping: Liaise with solution team members to prepare solutions by interacting with product leads to tailor solutions, schedules, and delivery models.

Forecasting & reporting: Maintain weekly forecasts, deal reviews, and win/loss analyses; track campaign effectiveness with Marketing.

Client engagement: Attend client meetings, demos, and events; manage follow-ups, objections, and contracting steps with internal stakeholders.

Delivery handover: Ensure clean transitions to project/operations teams; capture feedback and identify upsell/cross-sell motions.

PwC Professional behaviors: Collaborate with other teams – across and outside LoS, use feedback.
Requirements:

Education:Bachelor’s degree required; professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA/CMA/CFA awareness) are a plus

Travel Requirement: Infrequent local or regional travel based on business requirements
Required Skills:

3–6 years’ experience in business development / sales or education/L&D solutions (B2B preferred) in the Middle East, particularly UAE & Big Four Firms.

Proven experience coordinating proposals/bids and working with cross-functional teams

Strong commercial acumen, presentation and written communication skills; comfortable with CRM and MS Office/Google Suite.
