Job Description
GEMS Royal Dubai School is delighted to announce the following opportunities for Teaching Assistants for UAE Nationals.
These roles will work across the different British curriculum classrooms, assisting teachers in supporting the students with their work, helping set up the classroom for each lesson, escorting children between classrooms, participating in break duty and helping small groups of children in reading groups.
The age of the students you may be working with range from 3 years old up to 12 years old.
A good level of English language is required as the lessons will mainly be in English and based within the English speaking classrooms.
Skills
Must be educated with a minimum High School Diploma
Good English written and spoken
Able to work as a team
Able to use a computer
Good level of basic maths
At this current time we are only accepting applications from UAE Nationals who hold a family book.
Working hours for this role are Term time circa 7am – 3pm Monday to Thursday, 12.30pm finish on a Friday.
We are looking for the successful candidate to start end of September 2025.
