Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• A B.Ed in Mathematics or a related degree with PGCE / PGDE (or equivalent)

• Proven experience of teaching GCSE & A-Level Mathematics

• The ability to inspire students and share outstanding classroom practice

• A strong interest in career growth, leadership and innovation in education

• Creativity, enthusiasm, and a collaborative approach both in and out of the classroom

• Excellent IT and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students and parents
