DESCRIPTION

If you are a supply chain professional with a passion to innovate and contribute in a fast paced growing environment, you might be a good fit to join Amazon.com Supply chain team. This role involves big data handling and cross functional communication. The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience in managing transportation function in retail domain.

Key job responsibilities
– Collect and analyze data
– Support business growth in constrained environment with innovative and automated solutions
– Work on scaling up processes at a quick pace, by identifying, implementing available tools/automation.
– Rollout best practices from other geographies/ companies to minimize end to end supply chain losses
– Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiences
– Bring data driven solutions using analytical skills to contribute operations and growth in the organization

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– Candidate must have basic Supply Chain/Planning knowledge through work experience or coursework
– High proficiency in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Experience in Supply Chain/Operations function
– High analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
– Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to own and follow through on issues
