Job Description
GEMS World Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Executive to support data management and reporting across the school. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of data systems in an educational context, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage accurate student and staff data within the school’s MIS and related systems (e.g., Phoenix, iSAMS).

Generate timely reports and data analyses to support school leadership, academic departments, and regulatory compliance.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all platforms.

Support with regulatory submissions to government bodies such as ADEK or KHDA.

Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to improve data workflows and identify reporting needs.

Assist in training staff on data systems and protocols when needed.
Skills
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a data or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.

Proficiency in Excel, databases, and MIS platforms (experience with Phoenix or iSAMS is a plus).

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
