Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional, organized, and discreet Executive Assistant to the Principal to provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced school environment. This key role requires exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills to help ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Principal’s office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Principal.

  • Manage the Principal’s schedule, meetings, and correspondence with a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy.

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist with documentation, reports, presentations, and data management.

  • Coordinate school-wide communications, events, and meetings on behalf of the Principal.

  • Support with compliance and policy documentation as required

Skills

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role.

  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High level of professionalism and discretion.

  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Previous experience in an educational setting is an advantage.
