GEMS School of Research and Innovation (SRI) is seeking an experienced and personable Parent Relations Executive (PRE) to join our founding team. This key role will serve as the bridge between parents and the school community, fostering strong relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints. The PRE will work closely with the Principal and leadership team to ensure parents feel informed, supported, and involved as partners in their child’s learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management & Communication

  • Act as the main point of contact for new and current parents, building a responsive and solutions-oriented communication culture.

  • Manage and develop all parent-facing communication channels, including newsletters, email bulletins, and community updates.

  • Promote parent engagement by supporting events, feedback forums, and parent-led initiatives aligned with SRI’s values.

  • Conduct regular surveys to gather parent feedback on admissions, onboarding, and communication, and present insights to leadership with recommendations.

Admissions Support & Front-of-House Excellence

  • Coordinate and lead prospective parent tours, showcasing the unique SRI curriculum, innovation facilities, and personalised learning pathways.

  • Oversee the Front-of-House area to ensure a welcoming, professional, and well-informed experience for all visitors and callers.

  • Liaise with the Admissions and Marketing teams to ensure the parent journey from enquiry to enrolment is smooth, efficient, and aligned with enrolment targets.

Marketing, Events, and Digital Engagement

  • Support the marketing and communications strategy in collaboration with the Principal and Corporate Marketing, including the development of school brochures, content creation, and social media activity.

  • Maintain and enhance the school’s presence across digital channels, including managing social media platforms and capturing key moments in school life for promotional use.

  • Support the planning and execution of school events, including open days, community forums, and student celebrations.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution is preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar client-facing role in a premium school setting is preferred. Familiarity with admissions processes and front-of-house responsibilities is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales or engagement targets.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in digital tools, including Microsoft Office/Google Suite, and comfort with social media platforms.

  • Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
