We are looking for a passionate Career Counsellor to join our team at GEMS Founders School, Dubai South!

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Career Counsellor to join our team and guide students in making informed decisions about their academic and career pathways. Skills
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Career Counselling, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in Career Counselling is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Career Counsellor, preferably within an international or secondary school setting.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of the educational and career development process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and external partners.
- Knowledge of higher education institutions, career pathways, and application processes.
- Ability to provide empathetic, non-judgmental support to students facing academic or career-related challenges.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple student cases and career events simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using career guidance tools and digital platforms.
