Overview
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and train a team of real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for off-plan projects to maximize revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders.
Oversee marketing efforts to attract clients and generate leads.
Conduct property presentations, sales events, and networking activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project launches.
Assist the team with negotiations and closing high-value deals.
Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales training.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Team Leader in Off-Plan Sales.
Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
Strong leadership, sales, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to drive sales and close off-plan property deals.
Excellent knowledge of UAE real estate market trends and developer projects.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a competitive environment.
