Job Description
- Manage external exams (IGCSE, IAL, PISA, TIMMS, IBT, etc.) and assist with issuing results.
- Process student entries (estimated and full) and address student exam-related queries.
- Distribute exam materials, coordinate special requirements for students, and oversee moderation for teachers.
- Assist staff with exam-related inquiries and provide information to Heads of Year (HOYs).
- Handle exam result distribution, process forms, payments, and be the main contact for parental inquiries.
- Liaise with exam boards for administrative tasks, including exam timing changes, post-result issues, and moderation.
- Coordinate exam fees, packaging of exam scripts and coursework, and maintain correspondence records with exam boards.
- Ensure exam rooms are set up with the correct seating, materials, and security.
- Provide updates and reports related to external exams to GEMS.
