Overview of the Role:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the ownership and control of Hangcha sales with Global Key Accounts in the UAE. You will lead a sales team, manage key accounts, and support the business in meeting its performance targets.
What You Will Do:
- Manage International Key Accounts (IKA) of Hangcha present in the UAE, ensuring the entire portfolio (units, parts, and services) is effectively handled, serving as the first point of contact to resolve any issues.
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve the sales targets set by management and to capture the desired market share within the first year.
- Drive achievement of agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with a focus on volume, margin, and revenue growth.
- Ensure monthly overdue targets are met and not exceeded.
- Maintain a stock level where old-aged stock is kept below 10% of the overall inventory.
- Uphold high customer service standards by managing customer expectations and aligning with AF Standards.
- Support the Head of Business and other stakeholders in executing initiatives for the division.
Required Skills to Be Successful:
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably within the Commercial Vehicles division, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position.
- UAE experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership and team management skills to drive sales performance.
- Ability to manage key accounts and customer relationships effectively.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage stock efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
