DESCRIPTION
Amazon is rapidly expanding its presence in the Middle East and North Africa, Turkey (MENA + Tr) region and we are looking for a Sr. Program Manager to join the MENA CBW team. The scope is to reduce CBW, abuse/concessions, reduce customer returns, and reduce financial losses from customer returns and make it sustainable.
The PM will :
– lead CBW programs for 4 geographies across Core, UFG, Global Store and Haul businesses
– assume end to end ownership for metrics and program initiatives of CBW
– incept and lead new programs in the CBW space
– identify opportunities, defining solutions, getting leadership buy in, prioritization of resources for the identified programs
– work with multiple teams including Category, Marketing, CS, Transportation, Supply Chain and the FCs, and techto run the programs
– deliver through influencing other teams to change, through the use of quantitative and qualitative data provided to stakeholders with often conflicting KPIs
– work with MENA and WW stakeholders and leadership to innovate on behalf of the emerging customer
– challenge any threats to experience, advocate on behalf of customers, and communicate risks in a timely manner

Due to the nature of the role, you will work with cross-functional teams including Retail, Operations, Tech, Finance, Legal, among others.
This role will be based out of Dubai (UAE).
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
